目的观察亚洲带绦虫成虫孕节内虫卵数量。方法对2条亚洲带绦虫成虫孕节末端20个孕节片以1%胃蛋白酶法消化,收集虫卵,用显微镜观察并计数。结果2条亚洲带绦虫每节成熟孕节内虫卵数量不等,一个孕节内含虫卵数量最多达132 500个,最少44 180个,不同虫体孕节内虫卵数量差异有统计学意义(t=-3.487,P=0.003)。结论亚洲带绦虫成虫成熟孕节内虫卵数量存在差异。
Objective To observe the number of eggs in adult feces of tapeworm Methods Twenty adult female infectives of Taenia asiatica were digested by 1% pepsin at the end of the femur, and the eggs were collected and observed under a microscope. Results The number of eggs in each of the two Taenia asiatica sections was different from one to another. The number of eggs contained in one section was up to 132 500 and the fewest eggs were 44 180. There were statistically significant differences in the numbers of eggs in different stages Significance (t = -3.487, P = 0.003). Conclusion There are differences in the number of eggs in mature pregnant section of adult Taenia saginata.
