通过对柱塞泵运行规律的研究发现 ,影响柱塞泵各部配件使用寿命的主要原因是高冲次 ,而影响泵效的直接原因是泵阀的滞后 ,间接原因仍是高冲次的影响。面对北东块聚合物推广区因地下需要而要求泵的大排量与目前泵排量之间的矛盾 ,不能只追求高冲次而不顾泵的正常运转规律 ,因为高冲次而令设备出现故障所带来的直接、间接影响是调大参数后多注的那部分聚合物所不能弥补的。在调参时应保证泵阀与阀座的撞击速度不超过 6 0~ 70mm/s,根据这一原则可计算出各种泵型调参合理的泵排量和电机皮带轮参数
