消解数学课堂学科缺失的教师策略

数学教师是数学课堂的主导者,是学生数学学习的引导者、帮助者,如果教师缺少正确的数学认识,缺少恰当的教学加工能力和指导能力,就很难保证课堂教学与数学的恰当对应,因此数学教师是保证“教与数学对应”的最主要因素。根据数学教育的双逻辑模型,数学教师可以从以下四个方面提高课堂教学的学科性。 As a leader of maths class, maths teachers are the leaders and helping helpers of maths learning.
