“十三五”时期企业组织的效率与管理创新成为研究焦点。我国企业传统的效率导向的人事管理存在异化倾向,影响企业效率的提高。本文通过对当下我国企业人事管理问题进行案例分析,结合西方某些优秀管理思想,以期找到企业人事管理革新的基点与突破点,从而能对当下我国传统效率导向的企业在对组织成员的管理创新、效率的提高方面有一定的启示意义。
During the “Thirteen Five Years” period, the efficiency of enterprise organization and management innovation became the focus of research. The traditional efficiency-oriented personnel management of Chinese enterprises tends to be dissimilated and affects the efficiency of the company. This article through the case analysis of the current Chinese enterprise personnel management issues, combined with some Western outstanding management ideas, in order to find the basic points and breakthrough points of enterprise personnel management innovation, so as to be able to present the traditional efficiency-oriented enterprises in China in the management of organizational member innovation The improvement of efficiency has certain implications.
