通过盆栽试验,在二氯喹啉酸胁迫下用不同的微生物制剂处理烟草,研究了根际土壤中微生物群落及酶活性的变化。结果表明,烟草根际土壤受二氯喹啉酸危害的各项指标均下降;根际土壤中真菌、细菌和放线菌的数量,以及脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性均高于受害土壤,但低于健康土壤,复合微生物制剂的效果好于微生物菌剂,其次是生物菌肥,因此,受二氯喹啉酸危害的烟草根际土壤健康质量具有修复作用。
The pot experiments were conducted to study the changes of microbial communities and enzyme activities in rhizosphere soil with different microbial preparations treated with quinclorac. The results showed that the contents of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes in rhizosphere soil and the activities of urease, invertase and catalase were higher than those of the affected soil , But lower than that of healthy soil. The effect of composite microbial preparation was better than that of microbial agent, followed by that of biological manure. Therefore, the health quality of tobacco rhizosphere soils harbored by quinclorac was repaired.
