以高速列车整车平稳性为追求目标,在建立了可变阻尼油压减振器随机振动等效线性模型的基础上,提出了将其耦合于整车优化模型中的建模策略和方法,实现了基于整车平稳性的减振器主参数优化设计,所得优化结果说明采用减振器部件优化方法取得的最优方案在整机中并非最优,从而验证了本研究方法的可行性和结果的实用性。
Based on the stochastic vibration equivalent linear model of variable damping hydraulic shock absorber, the modeling strategy and method of coupling it to the vehicle optimization model are put forward. In this paper, The optimization design of the main parameters of the shock absorber based on the vehicle stability is achieved. The optimized results show that the optimal solution obtained by the component optimization of the shock absorber is not optimal in the whole machine, which verifies the feasibility of the method and Practicality of the result.
