研究了一系列提高牵引电动机电枢工作可靠性的方法,提出了用金属化玻璃丝缚带替代金属丝缚带的方案,这种缚带兼有金属丝缚带和玻璃丝缚带的优点。同时分析研究了运用中消除边缘电枢铁芯冲片齿松散的方法及铁芯端部冲片齿的绝缘方法。
A series of methods to improve the working reliability of the traction motor armature are studied. The proposal of replacing the metal wire strap with the metal glass strap is proposed. The strap has the advantages of both the metal strap and the glass strap. At the same time, the method of eliminating the loosening of the edge armature iron core lap tooth and the insulation method of the iron core end lap tooth are analyzed and studied.
