集落刺激因子(CSF)是一类重要的造血调控因子,目前发现的有M-CSF,G-CSF,GM-CSF,IL-3和Erythropoietin。它们在治疗爱滋病、肿瘤,再生障碍性贫血及骨髓移植等方面都有良好的应用前景。体外CSF检测方法很多,[~3H]TdR骨髓细胞参入法具有快速,灵敏度高,检测大批样本方便等优点,以往用[~3H]TdR参入法定最各种淋巴因子时都采用概率曲线法进行计算。作者根据药代动力学计算体内药物浓度的原理采用改良的曲线下面积法计算CSF的含量,现报道如下。
Colony-stimulating factor (CSF) is an important class of hematopoietic regulatory factors, currently found in M-CSF, G-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-3 and Erythropoietin. They have good application prospects in the treatment of AIDS, cancer, aplastic anemia and bone marrow transplantation. In vitro CSF detection methods are many, [~ 3H] TdR incorporation of bone marrow cells has the advantages of rapid, high sensitivity, convenient detection of large numbers of samples and other advantages, in the past with [~ 3H] TdR statutory most various lymphokines were calculated by probability curve method .
