为实现矩形截面管件液压成形时圆角填充和厚度均匀分布,设计了3种矩形截面并采用刚性模的预成形方案;利用LS-DYNA软件进行了数值仿真计算,并在最终液压成形工序时继承了预成形工序的仿真结果,以期获得准确的圆角充填结果和厚度分布规律。结果表明,长边内凹、短边平直的预成形方案可保证减薄率低于10%,其直边与圆角过渡段厚度分布最为均匀且容易实现。经实验验证,相对其他预成形方案,长边内凹、短边平直的方案最优。
In order to achieve uniform fillet filling and thickness distribution during the hydroforming process of rectangular cross-section tube, three kinds of pre-forming schemes with rectangular section and rigid die were designed. The numerical simulations were carried out by LS-DYNA software and inherited in the final hydroforming process The simulation results of pre-forming process, in order to obtain accurate fillet filling results and thickness distribution. The results show that the preforming scheme with long concave side and short side straight can ensure the thinning rate less than 10%, and the thickness distribution of the straight edge and fillet transition section is the most uniform and easy to implement. The experimental verification, compared to other pre-formed programs, long-side concave, short side of the optimal solution.
