基于对全国省级党刊的全面考察和分析,借助管理学范畴的“SWOT”分析模式,探讨了湖南党刊《新湘评论》品牌建设的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并从内容、编辑、推广三个维度上,阐述了党刊品牌建设的一些做法和思路。
