目的通过开展包虫病防治信息管理系统的应用现状调查,总结与分析目前系统应用中存在的问题,为我国包虫病防治信息管理系统的改进提供参考。方法在包虫病流行的内蒙古、四川、西藏、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆7省(自治区)及新疆建设兵团,设计与发放调查问卷,并辅以电话调查等方式,对包虫病防治信息管理系统应用现状开展调查。结果本次共对8个流行(区)及兵团发放调查问卷8份,回收7份,回收率为87.5%。对问卷中有关客观问题的统计发现,包虫病防治信息管理系统使用率为100%,但其中15.3%的流行区使用频率低。57.1%的流行区认为包虫病防治系统有必要推广使用,认为包虫病防治系统可有可无和认为其完全没有必要的地区分别占28.6%和14.3%。开放性意见调查表明,6个单位提出增加专报系统的培训和填报指导,4个单位提出实现大疫情网和包虫病防治系统的信息推送、将月报改为季报并增加统计和分析模块等;3个单位认为当前系统存在缺陷和逻辑错误。结论在省(区)及兵团层级,包虫病防治信息管理系统当前存在的系统缺陷造成了使用不畅;伴随着有效指导与培训的缺乏,极大地限制了全国包虫病防治信息管理系统系统的正常使用,亟待引起重视并解决。
Objective To investigate and summarize the current problems in the application of hydatid disease prevention and management information management system and provide reference for the improvement of hydatid disease prevention and information management system in our country.
