30年来的改革开放,让我们又一次面临西学东渐。那么,新的“西学东渐”给企业的管理带来了什么?困惑的是,这些在西方企业行之有效的管理工具,给中国企业和员工带来了什么?为什么许多企业的领导感觉“不好使”?为什么随着这些工具的实践,员工的“被压迫感”越来越重?我们知道,即使在西方企业,这样的“被管理感”也不是员工喜欢的,这样的感觉在中国企业和员工中更甚。使得一些人也据此认为“西方管理不适合中国”。
