采用放射免疫分析法检测109例恶性肿瘤患者及37例正常人血清甲状腺激素(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、rT3、TSH)的变化。结果显示,恶性肿瘤患者血清T3、FT3、FT4值均明显降低(P<0.001),rT3值明显增高(P<0.001),且病情越重,T3、FT3、FT4值越低,rT3值越高,预后越差,治疗好转后,上述差异变小。T4值无明显变化(P>0.05),少数危重患者T4值明显降低。TSH值无明显异常(P>0.05)。提示恶性肿瘤患者甲状腺激素的变化对病情严重程度的判断及预后估计有一定价值。
Radioimmunoassay was used to detect changes in serum thyroid hormones (T3, T4, FT3, FT4, rT3, TSH) in 109 patients with malignant tumors and 37 normal controls. The results showed that the serum T3, FT3, and FT4 values were significantly lower in patients with malignant tumors (P<0.001), rT3 values were significantly higher (P<0.001), and the more serious the condition, the lower the T3, FT3, and FT4 values. The higher the rT3 value, the worse the prognosis. After the treatment is improved, the above differences become smaller. There was no significant change in T4 value (P>0.05). T4 values in a few critically ill patients were significantly reduced. The TSH value was not significantly abnormal (P>0.05). It is suggested that the changes of thyroid hormones in patients with malignant tumors have some value in judging the severity of the disease and estimating the prognosis.
