采用体视检测、显微组织观察、硬度测试、成分分析等分析方法,对气门弹簧早期失效原因进行分析。结果表明,失效弹簧材料成分和组织基本符合55CrS i钢的技术要求,预先存在的裂纹是导致该批试样提早失效的根本原因。
The causes of the early failure of the valve spring were analyzed by using the methods of stereoscopic inspection, microstructure observation, hardness test and composition analysis. The results show that the composition and microstructure of the failure spring material basically meet the technical requirements of 55CrS i steel. Pre-existing cracks are the root cause of early failure of this batch of specimens.
