目的探讨分析品管圈(QCC)活动在提升医院一线员工质量持续改进参与度的效果。方法随机选取江门市人民医院6类36个单元医务人员为研究对象,通过开展问卷调查探讨QCC活动在医院开展前后医院管理状况的变化,基线员工执行管理制度情况及对质量持续性改进主动性情况。结果 QCC活动开展前后基线员工对医院管理制度知晓情况发放调查问卷共360份,回收有效360份。活动后员工对管理制度知晓及执行调查表得分(91.1±2.4)分,明显高于活动前(67.3±1.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。QCC活动开展前,员工对医院管理满意率为77.77%,QCC活动开展后,员工对医院管理满意率为93.33%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。员工在质量管理的参与中,绩效管理、信息及组织结构占前三位,比重远远高于其他因素。结论 QCC活动在医疗质量管理中的应用不仅显著提高医院管理质量,还能调动医院员工主动参与管理的意识,提高了工作积极性。
Objective To explore the effect of QCC activities on improving the quality of continuous improvement of front-line staff in hospitals. Methods Sixteen 36-unit medical staff from Jiangmen Municipal People’s Hospital were randomly selected as research objects. The questionnaires were used to investigate the changes of hospital management status before and after the QCC activities were carried out in hospitals. The implementation of management system of baseline employees and the initiative of quality improvement . Results Before and after the implementation of QCC activities, a total of 360 questionnaires were distributed to 360 staff members on the basis of their knowledge of the hospital management system. After the activity, the staff got a score of (91.1 ± 2.4) points on the management system awareness and implementation questionnaire, which was significantly higher than that before the activity (67.3 ± 1.1), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before the QCC activities, the satisfaction rate of employees to the hospital management was 77.77%. After the QCC activities were carried out, the employee satisfaction rate to the hospital management was 93.33%. There was significant difference between the two (P <0.05). Staff participation in quality management, performance management, information and organizational structure accounted for the top three, far higher than the proportion of other factors. Conclusion The application of QCC activities in medical quality management can not only significantly improve the quality of hospital management, but also mobilize the awareness of hospital staff to actively participate in management and improve their enthusiasm for work.
