本文介绍了目前国内采用平直仪测量多轴孔座同轴度时,由于受诸多限制使其测量误差较大,特别是孔座轴线本身的前后、左右倾斜的大小及方向不能在测量中反映出来,给制造加工和修理带来了困难,严重地影响了产品的质量。本文针对这些问题进行了全面的分析和研究,提出了在不更换目前所使用的光学平直仪的基础上的一种新的检测方法,有效地解决了上述问题。
