因多种眼疾而导致的视力丧失、眼球萎缩、曾采用过多种材料作眶内物充填术以弥补眼球萎缩的缺陷.但由于材料不够理想,有些患者拒绝摘除眼球.1984年我们在开展F—Ⅲ型加成硅橡胶软性眼座作眶内充填物的基础上,在合肥假肢厂义眼制作组的协助下,研制了此项整形手术,现将20例疗效报告于下.临床资料共20例,男8例、女12例。右眼12例,左眼8例.20～31岁16例,占80%.20例中主要为刺伤、撞击伤(97%),其它为火器伤(2.8%),先天性疾患(0.2%).
