结果试验组三酰甘油(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平比较前者远远低于后者(P<0.05);两组血清钙水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且试验组TP水平远高于对照组(P<0.05);维生素A(Vit A)、维生素B1(Vit B1)、维生素B2(Vit B2)、维生素C(Vit C)、镁和锌水平均远低于对照组(P<0.05);Vit A、Vit B1与HDL-C、TC、TG,HDL-C与镁、锌存在明显正向相关性(r>0,P<0.05),TC、TG、LDL-C与镁、锌均存在明显负向相关性(r<0,P<0.05)。结论老年高脂血症患者血脂水平和营养状况存在明显相关性,维生素和微量元素缺乏可导致脂质沉积、使得血脂水平升高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum lipid and nutritional status in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 96 cases of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia as the experimental group, another 100 healthy volunteers of the same age group as the control group, respectively, the two groups of blood lipid levels and nutritional status-related indicators were detected and compared the results using Pearson linear correlation method Determine the relationship between lipid levels and nutritional status. Results The levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while HDL-C (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum calcium levels between the two groups (P> 0.05), and the level of TP in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Vitamin A Vit A, Vit B1, Vit B2, Vit C, Mg and Zn were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05); Vit A, Vit B1 and HDL- TC, TG and HDL-C had a significant positive correlation with magnesium and zinc (r> 0, P <0.05), TC, TG and LDL-C had a significant negative correlation with magnesium and zinc (r < 0, P <0.05). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the level of serum lipids and nutritional status in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia. The lack of vitamins and trace elements may lead to the deposition of lipids and the increase of blood lipid levels.
