Cancer cell DNA is the target of most anticancer agents. Using this feature, we combined bioengineering technology with computer image processing technology to create the HD I (Human DNA Interaction) experimental system. Using this system, we applied 960 kinds of crude extracts (water and alcohol extraction) of 480 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines commonly used in human lung adenocarcinoma cells in vitro (37°C, 2 hours) to agarose gel electrophoresis, DNA was stained with ethidium bromide and photographed under UV fluorescence (UV300).
