在教学实践中,我们可以看到,好的学生常常会自以为是,而较差的学生只会听命于人,不管别人的意见是对还是错。培养学生的参与能力就是使他们获得善于听取别人的意见和表达自己的意见的能力。通过学生参与能力的培养,可以使大部分学生积极地参与学习过程,因而有利于大面积提高教学质量。
In teaching practice, we can see that good students often feel self-righteous, while poor students will only take orders from people regardless of whether others’ opinions are right or wrong. Cultivating students’ ability to participate is to enable them to gain the ability to listen to other people’s opinions and express their opinions. Through the training of students’ participation ability, most students can actively participate in the learning process, which is conducive to improving teaching quality in a large area.
