目的:建立丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法,并测定不同产地丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长270nm。结果:线性回归方程为A=340.6C+104.9,r=0.999 9,线性范围为0.055~0.275μg,平均回收率为97.2%。10个不同产地丹参饮片,丹参酮ⅡA含量为0.296 8~0.235 9g.(100g-1)。结论:本方法简便、稳定、可靠,可用于丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定。不同产地丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量存在一定差异,以淄博、临沂产丹参饮片含量较高。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tanshinone IIA in Danshen decoction, and determine the content of tanshinone IIA in Danshen decoction from different regions. Methods: A high-performance liquid chromatography was used on a Kromasil C18 (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was methanol-water (80∶20), the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1, and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results: The linear regression equation was A = 340.6C + 104.9, r = 0.999 9, the linear range was 0.055 ~ 0.275 μg, and the average recovery was 97.2%. 10 different parts of the production of Salvia slices, tanshinone II A content of 0.296 8 ~ 0.235 9g. (100g-1). Conclusion: This method is simple, stable and reliable. It can be used for the determination of tanshinone II A in Danshen decoction. The contents of tanshinone IIA in Danshen decoction from different regions had some differences. The content of Danshen decoction produced in Zibo and Linfen was higher.
