目前,激光在医疗领域的应用已日趋广泛,临床上主要用于癌的局部诊断和治疗、冠状动脉血栓治疗、手术用的激光刀等。基础方面,主要用于显微镜、流量测定、细胞化学等。当今使用的激光仪大致有以下几种:二氧化碳激光、Nd-YAG 激光、氩离子激光、氩离子染料激光。由于金激光、铜激光、激元激光、二级管激光等的输出功率各不相同,因此,可以相信这些激光应用于各个方面的日子已为期不远。本文仅对利用 Nd-YAG 激光和氩离子染料激光治疗肺癌的光动力学疗法加以说明。一、Nd-YAG 激光疗法
At present, the application of lasers in the medical field has become increasingly widespread. Basic aspects are mainly used for microscopes, flow measurement, and cell chemistry. There are roughly the following types of lasers used today: carbon dioxide lasers, Nd-YAG lasers, argon ion lasers, and argon ion dye lasers. Since the output powers of gold laser, copper laser, excimer laser, and diode laser are all different, it is believed that the days when these lasers are applied in various fields are not far off.
