目的 观察开放性腹部损伤患者行院前急救的效果.方法 开放性腹部损伤患者60 例,进行了院前急救的30 例,设为院前急救组;选择同期同类型病例,只进行了院内急救的30 例,设为对照组.比较两组疗效及预后.结果 院前急救组的浓缩红细胞悬液用量、抗生素用量、肛门恢复排气时间及住院时间明显短于对照组;腹腔并发症发生率少于对照组,院前急救组治愈率（96.7%）高于对照组（86.7%）.结论 针对开放性腹部损伤,急救医生在院前早期正确的诊断和及时针对性的初步救治,可明显减少浓缩红细胞悬液用量,缩短抗生素使用时间、腹腔
