根据电厂建设项目的特点,制订了电厂建设项目经济效益后评价的基本程序,构建了项目成功度后评价指标体系,并确定了标准值;提出了运用模糊神经网络对电厂建设项目成功度后评价的方法,采用相对隶属度对成功度指标值及评价标准进行模糊处理,并通过BP神经网络进行评价,以提高结果的精确度。通过对湖南湘潭电厂二期扩建工程的经济效益进行后评价,结果证实了该评价方法的合理性与准确性。
According to the characteristics of power plant construction project, the basic procedure of post evaluation of economic benefit of power plant construction project was formulated, the post evaluation index system of project success degree was established and the standard value was established. The post-evaluation of power plant construction project success degree was proposed using fuzzy neural network Method, the relative degree of membership is used to deal with the index value of the degree of success and evaluation criteria fuzzy, and BP neural network to evaluate, in order to improve the accuracy of the results. The post evaluation of the economic benefits of Phase II expansion project in Xiangtan Power Plant in Hunan Province confirmed the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation method.
