近些年,我国多地农信社相继在农村试点开办了“三权”(农村土地承包经营权、农村居民房屋权、林权)抵押贷款业务,旨在拓宽农民融资渠道,提升金融服务质效。综合各地实践看,“三权”抵押贷款对加快农信社金融服务创新,推动农村经济发展起到了积极的促进作用。但收益和风险并存,在我国农村产权配套建设并不十分完备的情况下,农信社推行该产品也面临着一定的风险挑战。因此,有效管控风险,推进“三权”抵押贷款业务健康发展已成为各地农信社

The implementation of this product by Rural Credit Cooperatives also faces certain risks and challenges. Therefore, effectively controlling risks and promoting the healthy development of the “three powers” mortgage loan business have become the key areas for RCCs
