病历摘要患儿男 ,13岁 ,因反复发热伴口腔溃疡 8个月 ,于 2 0 0 0年 1月 7日以发热待查收入院。患儿 8个月前出现反复口腔溃疡 ,并伴发热 ,体温 38～ 39℃ ,曾用头孢菌素等抗感染治疗无效。 3个月前发现颈部黄豆大小淋巴结 ,活检病理诊断“坏死性淋巴结炎”。 2个月前外院查抗 The medical records of the children were 13 years old.
