宝成线K287+094夏家咀隧道全长184.5m,该隧道北端K287+010~+050延长40m范围内左侧边墙开裂外臌,最大水平裂缝达38mm,外臌最多达440mm。我段应用建筑材料研究院研制成功的无声破碎剂,于1984年2月下旬试用成功,至1984年8月中旬,破碎原有混凝土184m~3,这段隧道边墙全部更换完毕,取得较好的效果。充分显示了无声破碎剂这一新型破碎材料的优越性,在电气化铁路的工程施工中值得大力推广。
