应用计算流体力学理论给出了长输管道稳态气体泄漏率的计算方法。计算结果表明,给出的新模型是一个通用模型,它包含了孔模型和管道断裂模型,可用于计算不同孔径条件下的气体泄漏率。当管道破坏的孔径较小,为小孔泄漏时,新模型与孔模型计算结果一致;而当管道发生全截面断裂时,则与管道模型计算结果相近;当管道破裂的孔径大于小孔而小于管径时,则采用新模型计算气体泄漏率更符合实际情况。
The calculation method of steady gas leakage rate in long distance pipeline is given by using CFD theory. The calculation results show that the new model is a general model, which contains the hole model and the pipeline fracture model, which can be used to calculate the gas leakage rate under different pore sizes. When the diameter of pipeline destruction is small, the new model is consistent with the calculation result of the hole model. When the full-section fracture of the pipeline occurs, the calculation result is similar to that of the pipeline model. When the diameter of the pipeline fracture is larger than the size of the hole and less than When the pipe diameter, the new model is used to calculate the gas leakage rate more in line with the actual situation.
