Four basic skills of “listening, speaking, degree and writing” are indispensable in art college English, of which listening is the most needed part of art college English. Through intensive listening training, students can lay a foundation for English interaction and exchange and eliminate various psychological problems that occur during listening. This article mainly discusses how to improve the listening ability of art college students through intensive listening training.
