目的对我市食物中毒风险进行评估,探讨流行特点及措施办法,最大限度应对食物中毒事件多发。方法调查整理分析2015年度全市食物中毒资料,对全年食物中毒事件进行评估分析。结果大多县区发生不同程度食物中毒事件,自5月份发生首起事件至8月份,共发生食物中毒事件7起,以植物性、化学性、细菌性以及不明原因等均有发生。结论有毒植物引起的食物中毒仍时有发生,夏秋季仍是食物中毒高发季节,其发生影响人民群众身体健康和社会稳定,应引起我们高度重视和严加防范。
Objective To assess the risk of food poisoning in our city to explore the epidemic characteristics and measures to maximize the response to food poisoning incidents. Methods Investigate and analyze the data of food poisoning in 2015 in the whole city, and evaluate and analyze the food poisoning incidents in the whole year. As a result, food poisoning incidents occurred in most districts and counties. From the first incident in May to August, a total of seven food poisoning incidents occurred, which were phytochemical, chemical, bacterial and unexplained causes. Conclusions Food poisoning caused by poisonous plants still occurs from time to time. Summer and autumn are still the high season of food poisoning. The occurrence of them affects the health and social stability of the people and should be highly valued and strictly prevented.
