本文就泰来汽车配件厂球墨铸铁件出现皮下气孔作了分析;研究了浇注温度、残镁量、一次渣、型砂中的水分、铁水表面复盖煤粉以及型砂中掺入煤粉对产生皮下气孔的影响。试验结果表明,浇注温度、进入型腔中的一次渣及铁水中的残余镁量是影响产生铸件皮下气孔的主要原因。
In this paper, Tailai Auto Parts Factory ductile iron castings appeared subcutaneous pores were analyzed; study of the pouring temperature, the residual magnesium content, a slag, water in the sand, iron surface covered with pulverized coal and sand mixed with coal to produce subcutaneous Stomatal effects. The test results show that the pouring temperature, the first slag into the cavity and the residual magnesium in the molten iron are the main factors that affect the subcutaneous pores in castings.
