目的:制备桂皮酸类壳聚糖接枝物,考察其抗氧化活性。方法:以邻苯三酚自氧化反应为O.2-源,用Marklund法和微量邻苯三酚-Vit C终止剂法2种方法测定合成物及原药捕获O2.-的能力。结果:合成物的抗氧化活性均高于原药。结论:桂皮酸类壳聚糖接枝物比较适宜作为O2.-的捕获剂。
Objective: To prepare the cinnamic acid chitosan grafts and study its antioxidant activity. Methods: The autoxidation reaction of pyrogallol was used as O.2-source, and the ability of the compound and original drug to capture O2.- was determined by Marklund method and trace amount of pyrogallol-Vit C terminator method. Results: The antioxidant activities of the composites were higher than the original drug. Conclusion: The cinnamic acid chitosan graft is more suitable as O2.- capture agent.
