沥青砂浆粘弹特性试验与模型参数分析

讨论了20℃时,沥青砂浆在6种加载应力下的单轴蠕变试验。采用Burgers模型对其粘弹性进行分析。利用Origin7.5软件对模型参数进行拟合,得到沥青砂浆粘弹性本构方程的一般表达式。对比模型预测值与试验结果,并分析模型参数对蠕变过程的影响。结果表明,Burgers模型能较好的反映沥青砂浆的粘弹特性,且应力-应变等时曲线表明,沥青砂浆的流变表现出较明显的非线性特征,而模型的弹性参数E1确定了蠕变过程的初始位置(t=0),弹性参数E2控制了第1阶段的曲线范围,粘性系数1η确定了第2阶段蠕变曲线的斜率,粘性系数2η控制了第1阶段蠕变曲线弯曲程度。 The uniaxial creep test of asphalt mortar under six loading stresses at 20 ℃ was discussed. The viscoelasticity is analyzed by Burgers model. Origin7.5 software was used to fit the model parameters to get the general expression of viscoelastic constitutive equation of asphalt mortar. The predictive value of the model and the test results are compared, and the influence of the model parameters on the creep process is analyzed. The results show that the Burgers model can well reflect the viscoelastic properties of asphalt mortar, and the stress-strain isochronal curves show that the rheological properties of asphalt mortar show obvious nonlinear characteristics, while the elastic parameters of the model determine the creep The initial position of the process (t = 0), the elastic parameter E2 controls the curve range of the first stage, the viscosity coefficient 1η determines the slope of the second stage creep curve, and the viscosity coefficient 2η controls the degree of curve of the first stage creep curve.
