根据CAD二维设计图,在INVENTER中建板坯连铸机弯曲段的三维实体几何模型,再将该几何模型导入有限元分析软件ABAQUS中完成有限元建模,在此基础上完成弯曲段有限元分析。分别计算和比较了原始设计方案和四种优化方案下弯曲段的位移和应力,计算结果为板坯连铸机弯曲段的设计提供了依据和参考。
According to CAD two-dimensional design drawings, the three-dimensional solid geometric model of curved section of slab caster was built in INVENTER, and then the geometric model was imported into finite element analysis software ABAQUS to complete finite element modeling. Based on this, Meta-analysis. The displacements and stresses of the curved section under the original design scheme and the four optimization schemes were calculated and compared respectively. The calculation results provided the basis and references for the design of the curved section of the slab caster.
