选用美国Li-Cor公司生产的Li-Cor6400便携式光合作用测定仪为测量工具,在4月、7月、9月、12月对8年生闽楠叶片水压亏缺日变化规律进行研究。结果表明:不同的季节,闽楠上、下部叶片水压亏缺日变化呈现出明显的单峰型曲线变化规律,且不同季节其整体变化趋势基本一致,均为早晚较低,中午较高,其中夏季的变化幅度最大;叶片水压亏缺与大气温度和空气相对湿度关系密切,与大气温度的日变化趋势几乎完全一致,与空气相对湿度的日变化趋势则几乎完全相反。
The Li-Cor 6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer manufactured by Li-Cor Co., Ltd. of USA was used as measuring tool to study the diurnal variation of water pressure deficits in 8-year-old Minnan leaves in April, July, September and December. The results showed that in different seasons, the daily variation of water pressure deficit in upper and lower leaves of Phoebe bournei showed a clear curve of unimodal curve, and its overall trend of change was basically the same in different seasons, which were lower in morning and evening and higher in midday, Among them, the change range of summer was the largest. The water pressure deficit of leaf was closely related to the atmospheric temperature and air relative humidity. The diurnal variation trend with air temperature was almost the same, and the diurnal variation trend with air relative humidity was almost the opposite.
