随着全球极端气候的变化,河川径流的特性越加突显出其不均匀性和不确定性。这对一向“靠天吃饭”的水电厂而言,进一步加深了水电厂防洪安全与经济效益的矛盾。对此,通过对芹山、周宁电站多年的实际运行资料进行统计分析,最终确定科学合理的最优运行水位,作为主汛期两级水库的起调水位,达到防洪能力和水能利用提高率最大化,实现安全度汛与经济效益双丰收。
