用液氨处理青贮饲料方法的探讨

试验采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计,塑料袋青贮,探讨了不加氨、按15.6克和30克液氨/公斤(干物质)加氨三种用量;青贮时、青贮成功后一次充氨及青贮时和青贮成功后两次充氨三种充氨方式;鲜燕麦草、青玉米秆、鲜稻草三种饲草原料,对青贮饲料质量的影响。结果表明,充氨可以显著提高青贮饲料中粗蛋白含量(P<0.05),且有提高真蛋白含量的作用。两次充氨和青贮成功后一次充氨,比青贮时一次充氨显著地提高青贮饲料中乳酸含量、降低pH值(P<0.05),有改善青贮饲料质量的作用;三种原料中,以玉米秆效果最好,鲜稻草居中,燕麦草最差。 The experiments were designed by L_9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal design and plastic bag silage. The effects of adding 15.6 g of ammonia and 30 g of liquid ammonia / kg (dry matter) plus ammonia without ammonia were discussed.
