采用双波长薄层扫描法对复方丹参口服液中丹参酮ⅡA进行了含量测定,该法准确,稳定,结果可靠,其方法回收率为98.04％,变异系数为2.1％。
The tanshinone II A in compound Danshen Oral Liquid was determined by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method. The method was accurate, stable, and reliable. The recovery rate was 98.04% and the coefficient of variation was 2.1%.
