目的研究应用整合社交技能训练、语言和言语训练、认知能力训练、行为矫正、精细运动和感觉统合训练等综合方法对于儿童孤独症的治疗效果。方法收集患儿24例,应用综合疗法进行训练,训练前后分别应用克氏孤独症行为量表(CARS)和孤独症儿童行为评定量表(ABC)进行评测,以确定治疗效果,患儿每天训练3h,平均训练(3.75±2.68)月。结果训练之后,患儿CARS评分中人际关系、模仿、情感反应、躯体运动能力等方面评分均较训练前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是,“与非生命物体的关系”和“活动水平”两项评分训练前后差异无统计学意义;治疗前、后ABC各项评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合方法对于儿童孤独症患者的康复具有显著疗效。
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of integrating social skills training, language and speech training, cognitive training, behavior correction, fine motor and sensory integration training on children with autism. Methods Twenty-four children were enrolled in this study. The patients were enrolled in the study. The Kirschner Autism Behavior Scale (CARS) and Autistic Children Behavior Rating Scale (ABC) were used before and after training to determine the therapeutic effect. The children were trained daily 3h, average training (3.75 ± 2.68) months. Results After training, scores of interpersonal relationship, imitation, emotional reaction and physical motor ability in CARS score of children improved more than before training, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), however, the relationship between "non-living objects There was no significant difference between the two scores before and after the training. There was significant difference between the scores of ABC before and after treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive method has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of children with autism.
