本文介绍了单轴纵切自动车床主轴部件动态特性方面的实验研究结果。通过空运转试验查明了机床受迫振动的振源。采用截面状态矢量法及模态分析方法,分别识别出了主轴部件的支承参数及模态参数。最后,实现了主轴部件的多参数动态优化。
This paper introduces the experimental results of the dynamic characteristics of the spindle components of the single axis slitting automatic lathe. Through the idle running test to identify the vibration source of the machine vibration. Using the cross-sectional state vector method and the modal analysis method, the bearing parameters and modal parameters of the spindle components are respectively identified. Finally, multi-parameter dynamic optimization of spindle components is achieved.
