为了开发蜂胶保健食品，按照食品卫生国家标准检验方法，综合测定了蜂胶醇溶液的营养成分含量。结果表明：蜂胶醇溶液含有丰富的黄酮类化合物，达１２．８４ｇ／１００ｇ；脂肪酸以不饱和类为主，占总量的５７．９０％；含有钾、钙、镁、磷等多种矿物元素；未检出铅、镉、砷、汞等重金属元素及甲醇、杂醇油等。由此认为蜂胶富含多种营养成分，且符合膳食结构，食用安全，是很好的营养保健品。
