为了开发蜂胶保健食品,按照食品卫生国家标准检验方法,综合测定了蜂胶醇溶液的营养成分含量。结果表明:蜂胶醇溶液含有丰富的黄酮类化合物,达12.84g/100g;脂肪酸以不饱和类为主,占总量的57.90%;含有钾、钙、镁、磷等多种矿物元素;未检出铅、镉、砷、汞等重金属元素及甲醇、杂醇油等。由此认为蜂胶富含多种营养成分,且符合膳食结构,食用安全,是很好的营养保健品。
