三次种源试验对湿地松(Pinus elliottii)、火炬松(P.taeda)形、质共6项指标进行了遗传变异分析,基本摸索出它们的遗传变异规律,提出了优良种源选择的方法。分析表明树高、胸径、材积的遗传力湿地松分别为0.5643,0.7469和0.7436;火炬松分别为0.5688,0.7419和0.7239。选择表现最好的5个优良种源造林,在不增加措施的同等立地条件下,可获得的材积遗传增益湿地松为26.85%—43.72%,火炬松为29.78%—46.18%。
The genetic diversity analysis of 6 indicators of Pinus elliottii and P. taeda were carried out in the three provenance experiments, and their genetic variation rules were basically explored, and the methods for selecting good provenances were put forward. The results showed that the heritability of Pinus elliottii was 0.5643, 0.7469 and 0.7436, respectively; the loblolly pine was 0.5688, 0.7419 and 0.7239 respectively. Five afforested forests with the best provenances were selected. Under the same site conditions without additional measures, the available gain of Slash Pine was 26.85% -43.72% and that of Pinus taeda was 29.78% -46.18%.
