本文应用核酸分子杂交技术对喉癌组织中C-myc癌基因扩增进行了研究,结果发现:①喉癌组织中具有C-myc癌基因扩增,其平均扩增倍数为正常喉组织的2.3倍。②C-myc癌基因扩增水平与喉癌临床分期有关。表现为N期肿瘤C-myc基因扩增明显高于I期和Ⅱ期,Ⅲ期又明显高于1期。本研究结果表明:在喉癌组织中C-myc基因以扩增形式被激活,激活后的癌基因对喉癌的发生、发展可能起着重要的作用;C-myc基因扩增与喉癌发展阶段相关,其扩增程度随着肿瘤的病期增高而增高,揭示C-myc癌基因扩增水平有可能作为肿瘤病情进展和恶性度的指标。本实验从基因水平上探讨了喉癌组织中C-myc癌基因的激活方式,为今后进一步研究喉癌发生发展机理以及对肿瘤进行基因诊断、治疗提供了实验依据.
In this paper, we studied the amplification of C-myc oncogene in laryngeal carcinoma using nucleic acid hybridization. The results showed that: (1) C-myc oncogene was amplified in laryngeal carcinoma with the average multiplication ratio of 2 .3 times. ② The level of C-myc oncogene amplification correlated with the clinical stage of laryngeal cancer. The expression of C-myc gene in stage N was significantly higher than that in stage I and II, and was significantly higher than that in stage III.
