作者采用竞争固相免疫分析法(competitive so-lidphase enzyme immunoassay)测定36例慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)血小板相关的 IgG(PAIgG)和血清中血小板结合的 IgG(PBIgG),并进行比较研究。操作在聚苯乙烯管中加入人 IgG 吸附成固相,然后同时加入洗过的患者血小板和过氧化酶标记的抗人 IgG 的羊 Fab,最后测定管壁结合的过氧化酶活性,即可推算出 PAIgG。PBIgG 测定则先从6名O型健康人分离得到血小板,再以被检血清致敏,然后按上法测定正常血小板表面结合的被检血清中的IgG,即 PBIgG。
The authors tested platelet-associated IgG (PAIgG) and serum platelet-bound IgG (PBIgG) in 36 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) by competitive solid-phase immunoassay and performed compare research.
