从人件、硬件、软件、应急救援以及环境等方面对电梯建立安全评估体系,在GeNIe上建立贝叶斯拓扑结构。利用维保部门的故障记录作为数据训练样本,得到根节点概率和条件概率。改变根节点的边缘概率,刷新贝叶斯模型对电梯安全做风险评估,找出影响电梯安全的最大风险因素。实验结果表明,电梯的硬件因素能对电梯安全产生最大影响。
Establish a safety assessment system for elevators from hardware, hardware, software, emergency rescue and environment, and establish a Bayesian topology on GeNIe. Using the fault record of the maintenance department as a data training sample, the root node probability and conditional probability are obtained. Change the edge probability of the root node, refresh the Bayesian model to make risk assessment on the elevator safety and find out the biggest risk factors that affect the safety of the elevator. The experimental results show that the hardware of the elevator can have the greatest impact on the safety of the elevator.
