基于国内外节水潜力内涵和计算方法,提出了流域综合节水潜力的概念。以府环河流域为例,根据2008年用水指标构建了流域综合节水潜力计算指标体系,并分析计算了流域广阔的节水前景。结果表明,采取有效节水措施后流域综合节水量6.94×108m3,占2008年总用水量的28.9%。
Based on the connotation and calculation method of water saving potential both at home and abroad, the concept of integrated water saving potential in watershed is proposed. Taking Fuhuan River Basin as an example, according to the indicator of water consumption in 2008, the index system of comprehensive water-saving potential of the river basin was constructed, and the broad water-saving prospect of the river basin was analyzed and calculated. The results showed that after the effective water saving measures, the comprehensive water-saving of the basin was 6.94 × 108m3, accounting for 28.9% of the total water consumption in 2008.
