本文报导了以全氟羧酸阳离子交称膜为起始原料,通过化学转变,合成由四氟乙烯骨架和具有季铵基末端基侧链组成的全氟阴离子交换膜的过程。膜的转变先后经历了酯化,酞胺化、胺化等数步反应,最终合成了末端基为季铵基氯型的阴离子膜。各步反应的中间产物和最终产物由红外光谱和元素分析结果得到鉴定,并由元素分析结果计算各步反应的转化率,各步反应的中间产物及最终产物都具有良好热稳定性。
This paper reports the synthesis of perfluorinated anion exchange membranes consisting of a tetrafluoroethylene backbone and a side chain with a quaternary ammonium end group via chemical conversion using a perfluorocarboxylic acid cation exchange membrane as a starting material. The transition of the membrane has undergone several steps such as esterification, amination and amidation, and finally the anion membrane with quaternary ammonium chloride as the terminal group was synthesized. The intermediate products and the final products of each reaction were identified by IR and elemental analysis. The conversion of each step was calculated from the results of elemental analysis. The intermediate and final products of each reaction showed good thermal stability.
