目的研究露兜簕(Pandanus tectorius Soland.)茎皮的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、高效液相色谱分离化合物,通过理化数据测定和波谱技术分析确定所得化合物的结构。结果从露兜簕茎皮乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为3-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-dihydrobenzofuran-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester(1),松脂醇(2),表松脂醇(3),salicifoliol(4),thero-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-ethoxypropan-1-ol(5),erythero-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-ethoxypropan-1-ol(6),eudesmin A(7),黑麦草内酯(8),松脂醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9),原儿茶酸(10),咖啡酸(11),对羟基苯甲酸(12)和阿魏酸(13)。结论化合物1~13均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the bark of Pandanus tectorius Soland. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by physicochemical data analysis and spectroscopic analysis. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of Dewdrop Stem Bark and identified as 3-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-dihydrobenzofuran-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester (1), Pinoresinol 3), salicifoliol (4), thero-2,3-bis- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -3-ethoxypropan-1-ol 3-ethoxypropan-1-ol (6), eudesmin A (7), ryegrass lactone (8), pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucoside (9) (10), caffeic acid (11), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (12) and ferulic acid (13). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
