以西芹鲜根为试材,采用丙酮浸提法,分离了西芹鲜根丙酮浸提液中的化感物质,并研究了化感物质对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:第5次层析抑制效果最佳的4个流分分别是RA32462、RA33444、RA98898、RA910664,其抑制率与丙酮对照相比分别提高了33.92%、35.80%、31.11%、32.15%。第6次层析抑制效果最佳的4个流分分别是RA324625、RA334448、RA988981、RA9106643,其抑制率与丙酮对照相比分别提高了35.10%、26.48%、34.06%、28.76%。通过对第6次层析的4个最佳流分的丙酮浸提物进行GC-MS检测,共鉴定出酸类、酯类、酚类和烷烃类共4类14种具有化感抑制作用的物质。
Using fresh root of parsley as test material, acetone extraction method was used to separate the allelochemicals in the fresh root acetone extract of Celery, and the inhibitory effect of allelochemicals on Fusarium oxysporum f. The results showed that the best four chromatographic fractions were RA32462, RA33444, RA98898 and RA910664, respectively. The inhibition rates were 33.92%, 35.80%, 31.11% and 32.15% higher than those of acetone control respectively. The results of the sixth chromatography showed that the inhibition rates of RA324625, RA334448, RA988981 and RA9106643 were 35.10%, 26.48%, 34.06% and 28.76% higher than that of acetone control respectively. By GC-MS detection of the four best chromatographic fractions of acetone from the sixth chromatography, 14 kinds of 14 kinds of compounds with allelopathic inhibitory effects were identified, including acids, esters, phenols and alkanes substance.
