对分布式发电接入后的配电网电压控制问题进行研究,利用变压器分接头、并联补偿电容器等电压/无功控制手段,以提高全网电压质量、降低网络损耗和抑制电压波动为目标,并计及分布式发电启停的影响,建立了多目标电压优化模型。构造模糊评价函数,将各目标函数值转换为对优化结果的满意度,以便于目标间的比较;利用判断矩阵法,根据各目标间的相对重要性确定权重系数,采用主动禁忌搜索算法求解。仿真结果表明,该方法能兼顾各目标并有效提高全网的电压质量。
Research on distribution network voltage control after distributed generation access is made. Voltage / reactive control means such as transformer tap and shunt compensation capacitor are used to improve the voltage quality of the whole network, reduce the network loss and suppress the voltage fluctuation. Taking into account the impact of distributed generation start-stop, a multi-objective voltage optimization model is established. The fuzzy evaluation function is constructed, and the objective function values are converted into the satisfaction of the optimization results so as to facilitate the comparison between the targets. The judgment matrix method is used to determine the weight coefficients according to the relative importance between the targets and the active tabu search algorithm is used to solve the problem. The simulation results show that this method can take all objectives into account and effectively improve the voltage quality of the whole network.
